1. A third-party service provider, not a regulator

Rengangyongsheng (Hong Kong) Limited provides business consultancy, document preparation and professional coordination services, and is not ASIC, AUSTRAC, APRA, RBA, ATO or any other licensing or regulatory authority. Website badges are company branding and do not represent official endorsement, certification or a partnership.

2. General Information and Case-Specific Advice

The website content provides general business and regulatory information. It does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice, nor is it a regulatory authority’s decision on a specific application. Actual obligations should be checked against current legislation, official materials, the full licence conditions and the specific business model. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified Australian professionals.

3. Licence, Enrolment and Registration Are Different

AFSL service authorisations, product classes and business descriptions are not three separate sets of licences. Nor can AUSTRAC Enrolment, Registration and ongoing AML/CTF obligations substitute for one another. No registration or number, by itself, proves that an entity has the full authority to conduct all financial business.

4. Applications, Acquisitions and Timing

Whether an application is approved, assessment times, required conditions and ongoing supervision are determined by the relevant authority in accordance with law. Acquiring an entity does not guarantee faster approval, continuation of bank accounts, retention of personnel or that existing authorisations cover the buyer’s business. The website does not guarantee approval, a fixed timeframe or any transaction outcome.

5. Visuals, Sources and Updates

Images and videos of brand offices, meetings and business activities are illustrative and are not evidence of actual employees, premises, customer cases, service outcomes or official approval. Sydney-area photographs are used to illustrate an Australian theme. The verification date stated in the main text is not a guarantee of future regulatory requirements; where relevant official sources are updated, refer to the latest version.

6. Service Relationship

Browsing the website, booking a consultation or sending an email does not constitute an established engagement, regulatory application, acceptance of a quotation or acquisition agreement. The scope of specific services, fees, liability and confidentiality arrangements should be confirmed separately in writing.
