1. What this consultation covers

The online enquiry form collects the form of address, company name, service requirements, subject, contact email or telephone number, and business background that you choose to provide, as well as optional timing and budget information. Please do not submit identity documents, customer records, bank statements, private keys or other sensitive information.

2. Purpose and Method of Sending

Information is used only to handle this business enquiry, communication needs and development of a scope for subsequent services. The form is sent through the website server using Tencent Exmail SMTP to Drew@sfc8.com; it is not a regulatory form and is not automatically submitted to ASIC, AUSTRAC or any other authority. This website does not have an automatic marketing subscription.

3. Technical Processing and Third Parties

The hosting platform processes technical data required to operate the website, and the website may use the platform’s basic access statistics. The system validates the format of enquiry requests and records temporary request-rate information for abuse prevention; enquiry form information is not incorporated into public pages or browser local storage. Business emails are stored in the corporate email system and necessary business records; if third-party professional services are involved later, the scope of information sharing will be confirmed separately.

4. Retention, Correction and Deletion

Information is retained for as long as necessary to handle enquiries, provide agreed services and meet applicable legal obligations. You may email Drew@sfc8.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information; we may verify the requester’s identity and explain the extent to which legal or business record requirements prevent immediate deletion. This page does not promise automatic physical deletion of platform technical logs.

5. Security and Contact

The email client password is configured only in the server environment and is not exposed to the browser. Please submit information that you are legally entitled and authorised to provide; internet transmission and third-party services cannot be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free. For questions about information handling, please contact the business manager, Drew Tang (Mr Tang).
